10-28-14 – Max Effort Deadlifts

Working on deficit deadlifts today and feeling pretty good. I kept my hoodie on to help make my belt a tighter, but took it off for my last two lifts because I found it hard to set up because it was so tight that it prevented me from getting into position. Since it was on a deficit, it felt like my chest was going forward to much but after watching the videos I found that it felt a lot worse than it looked. I hit my goal for today with hitting 385 for a single. I tried to go for 395 but I was too burnt out so I took a down set of 320.
