11-2-14 – Bench Press

Today’s focus was technique! I made sure that every aspect of my rep was exaggerated: my breath, leg drive, upper back tightness, etc. Doing this is reinforcing good habits. I have decided to take one step back to make two steps forward. The weight flew off my chest, as it should. Nothing special today. Just a good day of technical work.
