11-20-14 – 2 Board Benching w/ Fat Grips

Well today I was supposed to work on two board close grip bench with fat grips buuuut I read my program wrong and ended up doing it regular grip. Oops! All in all, the day turned out really well. My working sets took a lot longer than I had planned because I started taking my sets of 1s too early so I decided to cut a lot of the clips out for the video to save you from watching me do a set of one 20 times (you’re welcome). With my slow progression I made my way up to 240, which was wobbly, and had to be guided back into place by Mike so it probably doesn’t really count. Let’s say I topped out at 235 today.
