11-8-14 – Will Squat for Food

Today’s squat session was inspired by Brazzaz, a Brazilian steakhouse that serves ALL YOU CAN EAT high quality meat!!! I made sure I worked hard, kept my depth during my squats and got the most out of the session. My squats felt solid. I narrowed my grip about a finger width. This helped my upper back stay tighter than usual. I felt I had more control of the bar this way. Pretty solid training session. NOW IT’S TIME TO EAT!!!
