12-30-14 – Ending the Year Under the bar

Last max effort upper body day till the meet and I’m ending the year with some two board bench. The weight felt pretty good today as I worked my way up. I’m training with the meet in mind so I have been pretty focused these last few training sessions. I have not thought too much into the weight I want to go for in the up coming meet but I am feeling pretty confident seeing how these last couple sessions have gone. I will get a better idea of the numbers I want at the meet during next week while I work on some heavy threes on the mains lifts.
