$3 admission to spectate this showstopping competition! Stop by to witness the results of training at High Performance Fitness, Inc.! You will see general members, as well as training clients who have been training in the squat, bench, and deadlift for months on end. Lifters will be competing for best squat, bench, deadlift, and best overall total.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like inside our facility, or ever wanted to meet the kind of people that train here, and the owners, this is a perfect opportunity! Lifters will consist of only current/active members of HPF, and they are encouraged to bring their friends and family to show off what they’ve been working so hard to accomplish.
We are located in Stawicki Industrial park on Main Street in Matteson (Next to SunRay heating and just down the street from the Matteson Metra train stop). Look for red and white balloons tied to our sign on the entrance drive.
