2-10-15 – Back at it!!!
Starting back up on my training logs, I haven’t done a training log in a very long time and it’s time to hop back on the wagon! A new year with new things to come, and one of them is getting stronger at a lighter weight. My current body weight is at 222, coming down from 235. With today being my “as many as possible” day on bench, I was going to give it all I had. I haven’t had an as many on bench in a while either, so today was the first time in a long while. I hit 210 for 4 as my as many. I wanted 5, but my technique slipped on the 4th rep and slid too far back while using my leg drive. Next time I will get more than 4 and definitely more than 5!!!
