2-22-14 – Deadlifts w/o Pre-Workout?!

Today was one of the longer days in the gym that I have ever experienced. It started with me forgetting to drink my pre-workout which severely affected my workout. My body felt sluggish through my warm ups and working sets, but bearable. My final working set of 275 didn’t feel too bad. Actually, the only rep that was difficult was the first; the next two were extremely easy. Next, I had my accessories, where my body really decided to start shutting down. I struggled to complete the accessories that I actually did complete. I plan on making up for that lost energy by including a few extra accessories to squat day on Tuesday. Before leaving HPF, many people told me that it was easily noticeable how low my energy was. I’ll just comeback ten times stronger next time I come in.
