3-18-14 – Favorite Day, Squats!

         As many as possible days are my favorite day because they test to see how much one can actually do with a exceptionally heavy amount of weight. Today I did 320 for as many as possible. I ended up getting 5 which is I what I wanted to hit. My sets before this all came up easy and fast which hyped me up for my last set of as many. I still have to work on keeping my back straight when doing squats so that the weight can come up more explosively.
