I feel like that’s my life lately. Eat. Sleep. Lift. Repeat. Somewhere in between I find time to shower and go to class. Appropriately, I wore my Elitefts hoodie today (pictured above) to match that feeling. Today marks the start of a new cycle for me.. leaving just enough room for two more cycles before the LTT8 seminar. Squats went well tonight; everything felt good and came up quick, as it should for the first week. I’m still squatting to a low box and still not using a belt. I haven’t felt the need for one yet. My new purple belt will probably get here next week, so if I do need one, I can start breaking that in, however, we have plenty here that I could use as well. I’m just excited to get mine!
