3-5-14 – Squats & Stamina

Lately, I’ve been forced to go to the gym unexpectedly. It’s not necessarily a problem for me; I just like to know ahead of time. Tonight, I had no intentions of coming in to squat. But, thankfully I got out of work a little early so I jumped on the chance, seeing as for the remainder of the week, I had to work every night. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my workout this day. I was only able to finish my main working sets on squats, then moved on and finished sumo deadlifts. As for the main lift, it all went fine and easy. The weight seems to be very light, I feel as if I can do much more in my squats. My main problem is just getting real tired. Therefore, I will be including much more cardio workouts in hopes to increase my stamina during my AMAPs. After I finished, I checked my schedule for the following day and noticed I get off an hour earlier than I normally do. Thus, giving me just enough time to come in tomorrow night and finish what I started.
