4-13-14 – Working with Diesel & The Dragon Slayer

There are things that set HPF apart from other gyms. Each person who walks through our doors genuinely cares how well each other performs. We spend time to critique, encourage, and support one another for the betterment of each others training. For every person who achieves a personal record on a lift, there are other individuals in that accomplishment that helped MAKE IT HAPPEN. We look out for each other, and we always have each others best interest in mind.

I was able to train with some great guys today, Diesel, Bryan Finn, and Dragon Slayer, Steve Poniatowski. There weren’t many words that were shared with one another, but the words that were spoken were powerful and to the point. We each had a great day training. The thing that inspired me was Bryan Finn’s personal record deadlift. He has been training with HPF since the beginning and has made great progress since then. His drive and determination helped me get my mind right and have a great day. I was more hyped up for his personal record than mine today! That’s who we are and that’s what we’re about. We all bring the best out of each other and expect nothing less. TEAM HPF is family.
