5-14-14 – Bench Work

Today was a rough day overall. I didn’t take in nearly enough calories. I was even contemplating not coming in ( I view this as counterproductive) but a friend talked me into it. Everything felt good but after watching video of my sets I notice my elbows flaring out while pressing back up. I will correct this my next training session. I did end on a good note. I hit a PR for reps on my down set.
