5-21-14 Benching with My Wife

Today’s training session was awesome! Gina and I woke up early, got to the gym before business hours, and trained to start off the day in the right way. Today’s goal was to move the weight off my chest as fast as I could. My mindset was on point, the music was on point, and my training partner made it even better. My working sets felt very strong. My new foot position is really helping me get a lot of leg drive. I like to see how it will help my bench increase in the future!

After our working sets, Gina and I were pressed for time because we were going to be opening soon. We decided to do our accessories in a superset and a circuit. We made great time, but it was challenging to finish for the both of us. We were working hard with no rest periods in between sets. We ended our session sweaty and beat. We recovered quickly and were ready to take on the day. It’s always a great session with my wife there by my side pushing me to get better.
