5-7-14 Caught the Iron Bug & More

After LTT8, I caught some type of illness and was sick for ten days. I lost fifteen pounds and was feeling extremely weak going into the gym. I knew I needed to get back into the mix of things so I wanted to deadlift and squat, nothing too heavy. I just wanted to apply new techniques to both of my lifts. All deadlifts were done in sumo, in which I am new with. But if you want to get good at deadlifting, you need to train BOTH conventional and sumo.

Pull Ups
