5-9-14 – Speed Bench Press

Today’s goal: Move the bar as FAST as I can! My reps during my working sets EXPLODED off my chest! Granted, the weight was light, I was able to move the bar with good form with all 3 of the grips I used. I used incline close grip bench press as a supplementary movement to help strengthen my main movement. Short and simple training session today!
