6-10-14 – Squatting Confidently
Second week of squats on my new training cycle and I am feeling really confident in my training that all my working sets are going to be easy. I came into the gym with a work hard attitude; I was ready to begin my squat session. My first set of 3 was 260 which felt really easy and very light on my back. Next came 290 which was a little heavier, but at the same time felt pretty easy. Lastly 330 for 3, which I wrapped my knees for was the toughest set. The first rep shot up, then 2 and 3 were the hardest ones. One technical error that I make is falling forward on the way up during a squat. It has gotten better and I continue to work harder to keep my back straight and not fall forward.
