6-29-14 – Max Effort Bench w/ chains

There were some challenges I came across during my heavier sets. My elbows would flare too soon, causing me to lose power and making the bar drift toward my face and sometimes under the j cup.. With a little help from my spotter, Steve Poniatowski, I was able to lock the bar out. Leg drive and upper back tightness have been on point lately but it can always be better. I will continue getting strong(er) and pushing heavier weights as time goes on.
