6-5-14 – Bench Press (as many reps as possible)

Today was my last bench press for my first cycle. Unfortunately today i was exhausted. Nonetheless, I ended up with an AMAP (as many as possible) that was 5 lbs away from my max (385) so it was a good day. I ate really good today. Had 4 meals in me before the gym but I was just dragging ass today. Either way I had to buckle down because I had work to do.
Bench Press Warm Ups 2 x 10 - 45 135 x 5 155 x 5 175 x 5 Working Sets 225 x 5 240 x 4 260 x 3 275 x 2 295 x 9 (as many as possible) |
Dumbbell Lateral Raises 3 x 12 - 45 |
Tricep Band Pushdowns 3 x 15 - orange band |
*Considering how sore I was feeling, I decided to save the rest of my accessories on my "free day" where I usually do rows and curls. |
