6-5-14 – Squat Day

Today was sweet and simple day. I am starting the week with sets of 5 with weight that at this point in my training should relatively easy. Not having squatted since the meet, and especially not squatting with heavy weight two weeks after the meet I thought that today was going to be rough. All my sets felt fast and strong. I stayed tight throughout my sets. I wrapped my knees for my last set of 315, which felt pretty fast. The last to reps were the toughest but I got through it.
