7-5-14 – Squat Day

Today was a really good day!  I didn’t have much ache in my knees. I’ve been doing a light wrap on my knees at the very start of my warm ups which has helped a lot. Once I do some research, I will be incorporating some patella tendon prehab in as well. I decided to go beltless because I have a very hard time cranking out reps with a belt. Singles are no problem but reps kill me. I worked up to 375 today. My main focus was keeping my knees out and going parallel and keeping my abs tight. All went well.
