7-8-14 – Deadlifts

Today went really well. My deadlift form felt it’s best today as I have been trying to evolve it to where it is supposed to be. I went beltless as well. I won’t put a belt on until I get to 1-2 reps. I can’t seem to pull more than 1 or 2 with a belt and keep my form. I made sure I tightened my abs as hard as I could and kept my back flat.
