8-18-14 – Dynamic Effort Squats

For the next couple of months I am going to do movements that indirectly work my lower back. This, I feel will help strengthen it and allowing me to work on my weak point. All 10 sets of 310lbs * with the SS Yoke Bar moved very fast. I made sure I exaggerated my technique to ensure overall tightness throughout my body. I planned on doing light sumo deadlifts after my squats but my hips and lower back were just not up for it. I kept my accessories sweet and simple. I worked on my weak points and felt strong doing so.
