8-23-14 – Max Effort Bench Press w/ Fat Grips

Had max effort upper body today and I worked on floor press. I was in a rush today because the gym was closing soon but I feel like it kept me more focused. I made small jumps in the beginning and when it started to feel a little heavy I began to make smaller jumps. I worked my way to to 215 and then took a drop set of 170 for ten. Maxing out every week is different but I enjoy this new program a lot and I have been feeling stronger since I have started it.
