8-23-14 – Max Effort Bench Press w/ Sling Shot

Today’s training environment was ELECTRIC! It was hot and humid, but the music was blasting and heavy weights were being lifted! Saturday mornings are a great day at HPF! The session went very well. My lower back has been feeling A LOT better. I was able to put my feet on the ground while laying on the bench without any pain. It felt good to get some heavy weights back in my hands! Long story short, it was a great session!
