9-29-14 – Heavy Deadlift with Chains
Posted in Jesse Kurth Training Log
I am two weeks out from Deadlift for Hope so I’m going kinda heavy. Today I’m working on deadlift off a one board with chains which takes some time to get use to. The whole setting up higher than usual felt odd at first and I could feel the weight getting heavier towards the top on the account of the chains. Throughout the whole training session I have just been visualizing what I want to hit at the meet and I let that be my motivation for today. Overall I felt good about leaving on good note before I start resting up for Deadlift for Hope.
