2-16-14 – Deadlift

This was my first day back deadlifting after the meet. My working sets felt alright, I leaned forward slightly and next week will work on sitting back more. My last working set was five reps of 260 and all in all, it went good. The first rep felt slightly heavy but not too bad at all. I got to the gym late so I wasn’t able to finish my accessories, so I came into today and finished strong with Jesse.
