2-17-14 – Squat Day!

Started the 2nd week of my cycle off right with squats. Me and Danny are starting to work on going to parallel of just below parallel for out working sets since the last meet I was told that I went unnecessarily low and that that could cause me to lose some power. I started my working sets with 190 then moved to 215 and then 245. The weight wasn’t too hard but it didn’t come up as fast as I wanted it to so my speed will be something I will be working on in my next squat day. I’m always training with a new goal in mind and I feel that it helps keep me motivated and consistent with my training.
