February 19th, 2014 – Speed Squats

Today’s squat session went very well. It was a lighter load that I am used to so that was a plus. I made sure I warmed up very well so I can get the most of my session. My knees, back and hips felt great while I was under the bar. I didn’t wear my usual knee sleeves for reasons unknown. The weight was flying up fast and I felt explosive out the hole. I applied the most force into the bar as I could. This will help me move the weight easier once it gets heavier. My accessories went well too. I used bands on all of them and it took it’s toll on my body, in a great way. The session was sweet, simple and to the point.
