1-2-14 – Squats

I was doing heavy lifting at work all day so I came in tired but I told myself I wasn’t going to quit. I got under the bar with 625. I got one rep but the second one wouldn’t go up. I felt the days work in my legs but in my experience I have learned you never will get a PR every time. Don’t get mad or don’t you re think stuff . Come back with the mind set “I’m going to work harder next time!”

Breakfast: Protein bar, half gallon of milk
Lunch: Two ham sandwiches, two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Dinner: One pizza

Foam rolled back, hamstrings, glutes, quads and stretched
