1-2-14 – Deadlifts

I had a bad dead lift day. Everything felt heavy. I know know what it was but it just was not my day. Before I hurt myself I stopped. Had to tell myself it’s not worth hurting myself by using bad form so I called it a day and I lived to fight another day.
Foam rolled back, hamstrings, quads and glutes. Stretched. |
