1-5-14 – Bench Press

Went in today and felt good! I had the day off due to the weather and it helped. My main set went easy so paused the last rep. I finished it off with 13 reps at 315 . I have not been able to get passed 13 but I feel like this cycle is where I will get passed it.

Breakfast: Two eggs on toast with cheese
Lunch: Two ham sandwiches, peanut butter and jelly sandwich with two glasses of milk
Dinner: Scrambled eggs
