1-6-14 – Squats

I knew I had an easy squat day so I focused on my form and depth. I also worked on my hamstrings. I feel like that is one of my weaknesses so all my accessories were for my hamstrings.

Breakfast: Two eggs on toast with cheese
Lunch: Three ham sandwiches, one peanut butter and jelly sandwich, two Greek yogurts
Dinner: Pizza, eight ounce steak, protein shake

Foam rolled back. Stretched quads, glutes, hamstrings
