11-11-13 – Deadlifts

I was anxious to do the final as many as possible (amap) today but I knew I had to. Working up to the weight felt good and seeing the 410 for amap was just a great feeling because not even 3 months ago my max one rep was 415. I knew I had to really keep everything tight and push myself in order to lift this weight. The lift went well, the first one my back was a little rounded but the rest of them were much better. I had gone bowling a few days before and my fingers hurt like hell in my right hand, and I noticed that because my right hand was slipping the whole time which is one of the reasons I didn’t get more than 5. All in all it was a great lifting session.
