11-19-13 – Bench Press

Felt pretty tired walking into HPF today the coffee that I drank earlier was probably the only thing keeping me awake. Nevertheless, it was time to train and I had to get started since I only had an hour before closing time. I got to work and thank god today was a light day. The bar came up fast and easy but after watching the video I’ve noticed I have to control my elbows a little better since they tend to roll slightly outward when I push up. After benching I moved into close grip bench and here I struggled to keep my elbows at my side and so next week I shall check my pride at the door and lower the weight.
