11-24-13 – Deadlifts

Best day of the week right here! Happy as a clam as I walked into HPF today, my pre-workout was kicking in and I had thought about my deads all day. I was so anxious to get started that I forgot to record my working sets so sorry no video today, but all the weight came up easy and felt really good. I did, however, record my snatch grip dead lifts off a one-board platform so you can see for yourself how easy they were. My biggest struggle today would have to be my barbell shrugs because the weight kept slipping from my hand so in the future I will be working my grip more.
