11-28-13 – Back and Biceps

Most people take Thanksgiving off from the gym, not this guy or the ten people at the gym when I was there. “I love this gym!” is all I could think of when I walked in. I mean how many gyms are open on Thanksgiving?!

Breakfast: Half gallon of chocolate milk

Lunch: A LOT OF TURKEY, STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES, ROLLS AND PIE
