11-3-13 – Squats

The funny this is I am addicted. I will admit, I LOVE SQUATS! Most people love to bench or deadlift. I love everything about squats. I love the way the wraps dig into my knees, the belt being so tight that it feels like it will cut you in half, and the way the bar digs into your back! There’s something about the bar on your back that it makes you feel in your mind that if you are going down with it you better get up or this is going to crush you. All I have to say is I LOVE TO SQUAT and if that is wrong then I don’t want to be right.

Breakfast: Half gallon of chocolate milk, protein bar

Lunch: Seven hotdogs, small steak, two Greek yogurts

Dinner: Three pieces of pizza, two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, turkey sandwich
