11-30-13 – Deadlift

I came in on Saturday to do deadlift. I normally do them Friday but legs wear still sore from squats. I decided to  only do my main lift, deadlift. I had some family things going on lately but  the 495 for 10 felt good. I had to stop at 5. I was getting out of grove had to stop calm down and just work on my form.

Breakfast: Two eggs, toast, glass of milk

Post Workout: Protein shake, TONS of chicken

Dinner: Two chicken breasts, one small pizza
