Heavy squat day, now this I look forward to. My weight was 375 today. That’s the heaviest I’ve been all cycle and it felt good, not great but good. It felt a little slow but the weight is increasing so I do have to take that into consideration. Just gotta keep on stacking the plates on one at a time.
