9-30-13 – Squats

I have been fighting with annoying nasal congestion for the past couple of days so it makes it hard for me to breathe. During one of my training sessions with a client this morning I felt very lightheaded yet focused. This feeling carried over to my training session. Back was very tight so I spent extra time on the foam roller working out all the kinks. After warming up and getting a good sweat on me it was time to work.
