10-10-13 – Deadlifts

Today was a perfect day for deadlifts. Feeling a little stressed this week and putting heavy weights in my hands were a good remedy to make me feel better. The music was loud and I fed off the energy of the great people who were in the gym with us.

Warming up felt good. The speed of the bar was fast. I felt dizzy while on the platform but I was focused. The working sets went up well but the bar kept traveling away from my shins, making the range of motion longer. This has been a problem of mine since switching to a conventional stance.
