10-28-13 – Bench Press

Today I was ready to train and I had good support. The first two working sets went well, the last set was good but I felt like it could have been faster. I also feel that my arch could have been way better I felt like the bar had to move a lot and that being because of my arch. So I tried to keep my arch as big as I possibly could.
