10-8-13 – Bench Press

My training partner and I made it here around 6:00 am. Rolling on the Rumble Roller first thing in the morning is AMAZING! All the lower back tightness from sleeping and driving to HPF from the city is gone because of that spikey, heavenly round piece of foam. Might I add I made an amazing pot of coffee this morning too.

My working sets felt solid. I paused my last set(s), my training partner was in front of the camera when it was supposed to be my last set. That forced me to do another one. It came down under control, body was tight and it felt fast coming off my chest. We then did our accessories in a circuit to help save time. I feel pretty good with today’s session. What a great way to start the day!
