10-7-13 – Squats

Today went well. I am planning on squatting without a belt for the first couple of cycles to help strengthen my lower back and force me to keep my body tight. I feel strong from the bottom of the squat. I could be a little tighter on the concentric portion of the lift. I wanted to pause my last set just to test my overall tightness. It weight felt secure and I stood up strong.
