9-3-13 – Deadlifts

We made it an early training session at the gym today. I met my training partner, Aaron Harvey at HPF at 6:00 am. It feels great to be the only ones in our industrial park at that time. The deadlifts felt a lot heavier than they should have. I will need to work on my glutes and low back a lot more. The right side of my lower back started getting tight on my second to last set but I was able to push my stomach against my belt to take the pressure off my back.
